Requirements:
Primary duties will be building maintenance
Secondary duties will include grounds work, weed eating and blowing properties.
Able to operate mowing equipment.
Lift upwards of 50lbs; Punctual; Dedicated; Responsible; Must work well alone and with others
Other Duties
Perform routine maintenance tasks, including but not limited to electrical, plumbing, and HVAC repairs
Experience
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in facilities maintenance or a related field
- Proficiency in using software for tracking and managing maintenance activities
