Position Summary:
TheÂAssistant Manager is responsible for supporting the Community Manager with the daily operations of the property.
Responsibilities:
Day-to-day operations of the property
Leasing/Lease-up of Newly renovated communityÂ
Maintain stable occupancy and meet budgeted financial goals
Build strong resident relations and provide excellent customer service
Build positive relationships within the community
Demonstrate strong professionalism and integrity while representing Dominium Qualifications:
Must have at least 2-5Âyears of previous property management experience
Leasing experienceÂ
Market Rate experience
Ability to work evenings and weekends
Ability to work on-call
