We are hiring for highly motivated, reliable and a friendly individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.

What You’ll Do:

Greet customers and assist with water package sales.

Help customers use our U-Fill water station.

Answer phone calls and emails.

Schedule service calls and installations for our technicians.

Handle cash transactions.

Open and close the store.

Provide excellent customer service every day.

What We’re Looking For:

2+ years of customer service experience.

High school diploma.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Basic computer skills and knowledge.

Friendly, organized, and reliable team player.

Well-developed oral, written, and presentation skills, as well as the ability to interact with others.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Communication Skills – Strong verbal and written communication to interact with customers professionally.

Patience & Empathy – Remaining calm and courteous, even in challenging situations.

Multitasking – Handling multiple customer interactions while maintaining accuracy.

Time Management – Managing workload efficiently to meet response time and service level goals.

Teamwork – Working collaboratively with colleagues for customer satisfaction.
