PRN -Personal Support Aide $14.00 hrly.

 PSA position is available to work at anytime including weekends and holidays. Responsibilities include:Provide 24/7 care and supportMonitor and assist with daily living activities (e.g., bathing, dressing, grooming)Prepare and serve nutritious meals according to dietary requirementsMaintain a clean and safe living environmentAssist with medication management as directed by healthcare professionalsTransport individuals to medical appointments and community activities using own transportationEngage clients in recreational and social activitiesDocument daily observations and report any changes in client's conditionCollaborate with healthcare professionals and family membersRespond promptly to emergencies and implement appropriate safety measuresMaintain accurate records of care provided and client progressAssist with light housekeeping dutiesPromote independence and encourage skill development in clientsEnsure compliance with agency policies and proceduresParticipate in ongoing training and professional developmentStaff must be computer literate and have a strong commitment to working with the DD population.
