You will work closely with the project management and operations teams to ensure that our workforce is aligned with the project needs and schedule.Key Responsibilities:
Dispatch & Scheduling: Coordinate the dispatch of construction laborers to job sites based on project needs, ensuring appropriate skills and labor availability for each site.
Labor Management: Oversee the deployment of labor crews to ensure productivity, safety, and efficiency across multiple locations.
Communication: Act as the point of contact between field laborers, supervisors, and project managers to ensure seamless communication and resolve any issues.
Resource Allocation: Ensure that labor resources are allocated effectively across projects to meet deadlines, maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of labor hours, job site attendance, and work progress to support project tracking and reporting.
Safety Compliance: Ensure that all dispatched laborers are following company safety protocols and adhere to OSHA guidelines.
Problem-Solving: Address any challenges or delays that arise on job sites, proactively identifying and resolving issues to minimize downtime.
