Have copies of all documents needed for applicants (Legible)Applications, Job Offers, Medical.
Have PPE ready for applicants (Hairnets, earplugs, bump caps.)
Print list of all applicant’s schedule for interviews.
Have all applications schedule printed and organized/ Scoring Tool/Jobvite/ZELG
Print all new Jobvite applications/ Enter in scoring tool
Send EZ Text to all show applicants
Disposition all daily applications into Jobvite (ALL)
File all applications at the end of the day.
Schedule maintenance interviews , send resume based on shift preference to supervisor.
Attend Job Fairs
Help with Employee Engagement activities when needed.
MINIMUN QUALIFICATION S
Good communication and customer service skills.
Excellent attendance
Bilingual preferred but not required.
Attention to detail.
Organized.
Computer skills. (Microsoft office)
Time management.
Proactive.
