Description Robert Half HR Solutions is currently partnering with a client in the Buford area that is looking to add a Corporate Recruiter to their team. The Corporate Recruiter will support multiple entities within their organization. The ideal candidate will be proactive, resourceful, and results-driven with excellent communication skills. This is a newly created position brought on by business growth. This position is 100% onsite)Responsibilities:

Develop and implement recruiting strategies to meet the ongoing and future needs of the company.

Liaise with hiring managers to identify recruitment needs and formulate job descriptions.

Post job openings on relevant job boards and social media platforms ensuring they are accurately presented and targeted to attract top talent.

Build a robust candidate pipeline, conduct applicant screening, and manage the interview process.

Schedule interviews with hiring managers and organize follow-up discussions.

Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and their implementation.

Conduct comprehensive onboarding for new employees ensuring they feel welcome, informed, and prepared for their roles.

Identify key performance metrics and develop strategies to improve recruitment efforts based on these findings.

Maintain and update records of recruitment processes for auditing and improvements.

Stay abreast with current recruiting methods and best practices.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred with a minimum of 5 years' experience in recruiting.

Proven experience in developing and executing recruitment strategies.

Familiarity with full cycle recruitment processes and best practices.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong decision-making skills and ability to manage time effectively.

Proficiency in recruitment software and social media platforms.

Demonstrable capability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
