Collections Specialist

Description We are offering an opportunity for a Collections Specialist in Buford, Georgia, in a structured work environment. This role involves handling business-to-business collections activities, managing client communications, and supporting various administrative tasks. Responsibilities: Handle collections activities related to business-to-business transactions Engage with clients to manage communications and resolve account issues Provide exceptional customer service while managing payment and collections processes Process and track data entry and reporting related to collections activities Perform account reconciliations to ensure accurate records Collaborate with team members to streamline collection procedures Utilize various accounting software systems and CRM tools for reporting and data management Support other administrative tasks as needed within the team Answer inbound calls and administer billing functions as part of customer service Use your skills in accounts receivable and collection processes to ensure efficient operations.
