Join our team today and start building your career with a worldwide leader.Location : BufordJob InformationAs a Business Analyst you will be responsible evaluating business operations to understand gaps and opportunities, analyze requirements and recommend solutions which enable the business unit to achieve goals within established strategies. Role & Responsibility

Provide accurate, timely and informative business information and insights to key decision makers within the company.

Proactively identify, evaluate, and implement new data sources to strengthen analytical capabilities within the organization.

Perform audits of master data.

Conduct insightful, ad hoc analyses to investigate ongoing or one-time operational issues.

Provide business and systems expertise in identifying, evaluating, and developing specifications and procedures that meet user requirements.

Identify gaps and opportunities within existing processes and lead implementations to drive operational efficiency and scalability.

Assist in development of Business Analytics strategies and identification of new opportunities for the complete trucks sales as well as other departments.

Train users to utilize reporting and decision-making models.

Gather user feedback for enhancements and development needs.

Produce industry and Doosan Bobcat performance analyses based on raw datasets and industry reports.

Produce industry forecasts on a regular basis, based on quantitative and qualitative analysis.

Provide a set of business intelligence (e.g., macro indicators, competitive dynamics, VOC) to support industry forecasts.

Actively communicate key industry and market insights to key stakeholders.

Job Requirement

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related major.

Experience: 2>5 years.

Data mining and analytics experience.

High degree of math and statistical skills and comprehension.

SAP experience preferred.

Programming and scripting background, such as Python or R.

High degree of fluency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint.

High level of motivation and individual initiative.

Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.

Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Detail oriented, analytical, and inquisitive.

Travel: <15%.
