We are known for fully rehabbing and repositioning properties and are seeking team members to leasing and manage these multi- million dollar assets. All positions are eligible for excellent salary and full benefits package including 401K matching! Multiple full time positions are available!
AVAILABLE POSITIONS:
Property Manager
Ability to "run the show" and the daily operations of the apartment community
Organized, driven and friendly personality
Capacity to collect rent and multitask
Strong administrative and organizational skills
Management experience required
Promoting opportunities within the company and building your team
Leasing & Marketing Associates
Ability to sell & close the deal
Outgoing, upbeat, bubbly personality
1-3 years' experience in sales: retail, restaurant, hospitality, etc.
