Aspen Square Management, one of the nation's largest privately held real estate investment and property management firms with a sixty year track record of success in property management, has an exciting opportunity for an organized, hard-working and established Property Foreman to join our team at Eagles Pointe in Brunswick, GA!
As the Property Foreman you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the day-to-day activities of workers, maintaining and repairing the physical infrastructure of the property and maintaining grounds. You will be asked to implement creative and cost-effective procedures to complete work orders, tenant turnovers, grounds-keeping, and more.
The model candidate will have experience performing walk-through inspections of common areas & tenant spaces, completing repair requests, maintaining after hours and emergency on-call coverage, and maintaining time and production records, including a robust Preventative Maintenance program. The best candidate will be confident completing all tasks in a hands-on manner and will lead by example. Requirements:
A minimum of four years of maintenance experience
Strong background in plumbing, HVAC, & electrical repairs
General construction knowledge
A hands-on supervisory approach
Strong organizational skills
An eagerness to learn and grow with the company
