Description We are in search of a Help Desk Analyst to join our team located in BRUNSWICK, Ohio. This role will involve working closely with various technologies and systems in our industry, offering a long-term employment opportunity. As a Help Desk Analyst, you will be expected to provide technical support to our users, manage system configurations, and maintain a high level of customer service. Responsibilities: Provide technical support to users, resolving issues related to Android Development, Cisco Technologies, Citrix Technologies, Mac Computers, and Microsoft systems. Manage system configurations ensuring optimal performance and security. Execute the deployment of new software and hardware to users. Utilize Active Directory to manage user accounts, groups, and computers within our network. Provide support for Apple Devices, aiding users in troubleshooting and resolving issues. Ensure the proper functioning of computer hardware, performing routine checks, and maintenance tasks. Use Configuration Management techniques to maintain system security and performance standards. Maintain accurate records of system deployments, ensuring all changes are correctly documented and authorized. Requirements Minimum of one year of experience as a Help Desk Analyst or in a similar role Proficiency in Android Development Familiarity with Cisco Technologies Experience with Citrix Technologies Proficiency in using Mac Computers Familiarity with Microsoft products and services Experience with Active Directory Ability to work with Apple Devices Strong knowledge of Computer Hardware Experience in Configuration Management Experience in Deployments Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Must have a customer-centric mindset Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.® Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
