Position Requires-
experienced carpenter/ handyman with some remodel skills
for various carpentry work, painting, and remodel work at one of my residental properties. After one completed, move onto next houses.
ALL located in Augusta
$40 -$50 CASH hourly NO 1099! GET PAID CASH AT END OF WORK WEEK
▪︎▪︎▪︎▪︎HOURLY RATE depending on skill set, type of work, as and work efficiency.
Rates will be agreed upon BEFORE the specific work starts.
▪︎▪︎▪︎All tools and equiptment is the full responsibility of the carpenter
I cover all materials needed.

First property- needs minor trim work
A cover cabinet for kitchen water heater, baseboard completed and kitchen cabinets, some new vinyl siding touch-ups, kitchen sink, and new countertop installed.
No demolition needed.
