Manage and lead complex repair and overhaul projects on critical food processing equipment
Develop and refine preventative programs specifically for food safety and equipment efficiency
Train and guide Technicians I,II and III in both equipment and building maintenance. Identify additional training needs outside of this role expertise
Document maintenance activities using the company's CMMS
Participate in root cause analysis and proposing corrective actions for recurring issues in machinery or facility systems
Ensure maintenance activities support continuous production with minimal downtime, focusing on foods production line integrity
Manage building maintenance projects, including renovations or upgrades
Ability to read and follow diagrams, sketches, operation manuals, manufactures instructions, and engineering specifications as required to complete task
Participate and or lead maintenance meetings, answering questions and request
3-5 Years of experience in a maintenance role, with history of progression.
Proficient in electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
Advanced knowledge of industrial systems, including PLC programming.
