Personal & Social Media Assistant for Land Clearing Business

compensation: $18+ per hour

I’m currently operating a real estate investing and land clearing business, along with multiple other projects, so I keep a fairly busy schedule. I am looking for a smart, motivated, and capable personal assistant to take on a versatile role, wearing multiple hats, and managing a variety of responsibilities. This is NOT a remote position; you must report to our Downtown Augusta location for every shift

Roles and Responsibilities include:

1. Social Media Marketing & Content Creation:

Create engaging content for Instagram and TikTok using reels, product photos, informationals, etc.

Plan and manage social media strategies, including ad campaigns, to grow engagement and brand awareness.

2. Personal Assistant & Administrative Support:

Handle tasks such as running errands, scheduling, hiring services (e.g., cleaners), walking my dog, etc.

Assist with occasional event planning and any other general or administration

Qualifications:

Proven experience in social media content creation, with a portfolio showcasing your work.

Familiarity with Shopify, Canva, Meta Ads, and/or social media marketing is a huge plus.

Must have strong organizational skills, adaptability, and a proactive attitude.

Strong attention to detail, punctuality, and a creative problem-solving mindset are essential.

A clean background and driving record are required. Must have own vehicle.

Schedule and compensation:

Part-Time Position: 20-25 hours per week at $18 to $20/hour (+ bonus and commission potential based on performance).

Flexible Schedule: Choose your own hours, with some tasks requiring on-call availability.

Growth Opportunities: Potential for increased hours and responsibilities as the business expands.
