Primary responsibilities include greeting and assisting claimants, answering office phone, managing mail correspondence inbound to and outbound from office; establishing and organizing claimant files, utilizing claimant management software, medical records review and research, and organizing, filing, and processing claims with the U.S. Department of Labor

M-Th 8-5:30 One hour lunch break and half day Friday once every 8 weeks. (34.5 hours per week); Office closed Masters week and Christmas week (10 days PTO), 7-8 federal holidays per year PTO, plus vacation/sick days PTO 10 days annually

$45,000-$50,000 depending on relevant experience and skill set.

Prefer two years experience working in a professional office environment (medical or dental office experience a plus!); proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; willingness to be trained and work as member of team; needs to be sensitive to detail, yet work in fast-paced setting; self-starter; optimistic and friendly demeanor; strives for excellence in work product and customer service.
