Home renovation/ repair help needed

I am in need of a couple guys to help me asap. I do all types jobs. There are a few things that are an absolute must: be reliable, don’t be a slacker, pay attention to detail, follow instructions, ask questions if you don’t understand, experience with power tools, able to read tape measure, have common sense.
