Construction help needed

Help wanted for various storm damage construction projects. I need a couple people. One needs to be skilled enough to accurately make cuts with saws and read a tape measure fluently. The other, just needs to be able to follow directions, and have some understanding of tools and processes related to the work. Need help asap. Pay is based on ability and productivity. I am very fair.
