To drive new member acquisition, Humana is leveraging a highly skilled team to generate engagement and sales across marketing technology platforms. This team designs, develops, and executes prospect marketing journeys through Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), aiming to enroll prospects in a Humana Medicare plan. We are looking for an acquisition-focused digital marketing professional with expertise in SFMC. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in targeted e-mail and SMS communications and be well-versed in current channel trends and best practices.As the Senior Marketing Campaign Manager, you will work with a diverse team of marketing and technical experts in an agile environment to build strategies based on consumer insights and segmentation. You will create and execute strategic digital marketing campaigns across e-mail, SMS, and web channels, working with our SFMC team to design effective journeys. You will also be responsible for submitting all creative for legal and compliance review, ensuring all content meets regulatory requirements before launch. Additionally, you will collaborate with our internal creative team to develop engaging e-mail and SMS content that drives consumer enrollment as well as set up testing and seek optimization opportunities based on campaign performance metrics.Key Role Functions
Collaborate with digital marketing stakeholders, segment team, and Product Owner to build comprehensive marketing strategy documentation for each initiative
Serve as the E-mail and SMS Subject Matter Expert on a customer acquisition- focused journey team, providing insights and best practices for digital prospect experiences
Submit all creative for legal and compliance review, ensuring timely approval and adherence to all requirements
Participate in agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, story completion, PI Planning, retrospectives, etc.) to efficiently manage end-to-end journey launches
Champion an acquisition-focused mindset to support business goals and sales objectives
Work directly with the Product Owner and Data team to provide weekly performance metrics to business partners

Bachelor's Degree
5+ years in digital marketing with a focus on E-mail and SMS
Demonstrated knowledge of marketing platforms and their capabilities such as: Unica, Adobe Campaign, Acoustic, SFMC, etc.
Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams
Experience leveraging SFMC for prospect e-mail journeys
Background in acquisition-focused marketing
Strategic thinker with strong analytic and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Team player with a hands-on approach
Passion for enhancing the consumer experience
This role is a nationwide remote role, but m ust be able to accommodate EST time zone
Preferred Qualifications
SFMC Email Specialist Certification
Experience working in an Agile framework
Experience working in a highly regulated industry
