We are passionate about solving significant problems in healthcare for seniors, focusing on understanding consumers' underlying needs and effectively addressing them.Our Business Intelligence Engineers are integral members of our balanced team model, working alongside product managers, designers, and software engineers. They play a key role in quantifying the human experience of our technology-enabled services. This is achieved by collecting data from disparate sources, developing insights, creating dashboards, preparing visualizations, and presenting findings that will be used to identify operational gaps. They solve complex business problems and issues to provide insight to product teams and stakeholders. They utilize a variety of tools, technologies, applications, and practices to collect, integrate, analyze, and present an organization's raw data, thereby creating insightful and actionable business information.The Junior Business Intelligence Engineer:

Uses tools, technologies, applications and practices to collect, integrate, analyze, visualize, and communicate insightful and actionable business information from internal and external data.

Advises product team and stakeholders to develop functional strategies on matters of significance spanning product design, sales & marketing, user experience, product performance and clinical outcomes.

Collaborates by working directly with product, design, engineering and business stakeholders and their teams to derive data insights and make data-driven improvements

Generates ideas to shape future analytical projects and initiatives. Develops online dashboards and interactive reports to regularly communicate results.

Use your skills to make an impactRequired Qualifications

You have a bias towards learning and constant iteration.

Experience manipulating data sets through software (SQL, Python, SAS, or R)

Experience analyzing data to solve a wide variety of business problems and create data visualizations that drive strategic direction

Ability to work with cross-functional teams and translate requirements between business, project management and technical projects or programs

Experience with tools such as Power BI, Tableau and Qlik for creating data visualizations

Ability to travel as needed to meet with team members (typically less than 5% travel)

Ability to work 8:00am - 5:00pm EST hours

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience within the healthcare industry

Scheduled Weekly Hours40Pay RangeThe compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting.
