Responsiblilites include working with Engineering, Finance, Marketing, Quality, and NMP teams to 1) manage OPD activities for current product at Lousiville Assembly plant until JL in 2025 and 2) lead the NA based Studio, Launch, and Program Control aspects of 2027MY import product from China.What you'll do

Lead interface for 27MY NA led Feature development process

Lead all Studio program management activities for NA based Studio team based in Irving, CA and Dearborn, MI

Lead 27MY C&M meetings with NA C&M team and input to China led C&M PDL

Incorporate 27MY unique market needs into the PDL

Lead 27MY NA Market Interface Meeting

Lead 27MY NA region IVI / Calibration / VoCF / Marketing / SE&SE vehicle coordination to ensure testing / event needs are met

Support 27MY Pre prototype planning & budget clarification

Lead homologation planning / CDPR activities for 27MY

Support 27MY program FCSD deliverable - DPA4, warranty, service parts

Lead current model OPD program management activities (cost, issue resolution, etc, . . .)

Support other program meetings as required, such as PST, CPE-DF, VPAT, PAT's . . .

Support Milestone Program Review Process, through coordination of NA region input and papers for Senior Management reviews

You'll have

Bachelor of Science degree in an Engineering field of study

Strong interpersonal skills and general program management familiarity: Project timing and planning to meet business objectives

Ability to respond and prioritize dynamic work load demands from different sources and collaborate with offsite teams

Ability to work with senior levels of management across multiple organizations of the company

Strong organization and writing skills

Understanding of vehicle architectures and components

Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools

Ability to work with global schedules and potential travel

Vehicle Launch, Studio or previous D&R Engineering experience is beneficial

Even better, you may have

Strong knowledge of Ford product development processes Outstanding oral and written communication skills to summarize and articulate pertinent issues

Experience with WERS, alerts, 5D & G8D, and 6-Sigma problem solving method

Vehicle launch, Studio or previous D&R Engineering experience
