Seeking a reliable, honest male or female to care for a few properties. Exterior work unless required to enter for service calls.
Part-time work
$100 on call monthly pay -if needed or not
$20 hourly pay while on property inspecting lawn care , service calls, clean up
Meet with scheduled service calls, inspect work, walk property and check yards, pick up trash, and most importantly securing gates and doors.
REQUIREMENTS-
Local Augusta area resident with VALID and Updated GA DL.
21-65 Years old
High school graduate or GED
CONSTANT communication skills
Camera skills with mobile device
NO criminal history- with exception to traffic violations
Reliable transportation
Drug Free
