What You’ll Do
The Installation Manager has a variety of duties and responsibilities that include, but are not limited to, the following:
Lead the Team: Manage scheduling, assign installers, and oversee the daily operations.
Customer Satisfaction: Ensure clients are happy by resolving issues swiftly and maintaining strong relationships.
Site Inspections: Regularly inspect job sites to ensure quality and efficiency.
Payroll Management: Approve and submit weekly payroll for installers.
Recruitment: Onboard new installers to strengthen our team.
Operational Excellence: Support achieving customer satisfaction and compliance goals.

Qualifications
High school diploma or GED equivalent
Experience working in flooring installation or construction preferred
Other Requirements
Must be able to pass a background check
Must possess and maintain a current, valid driver's license.
Travel is primary local during the business day, although some out-of-the-area travel may be expected.
