Come connect with us and lets build a better future together.In the Senior RPA Developer role you will be responsible for overseeing the RPA design and development efforts for the automation that provides financial and operational support for ED&Os leaders and our third-party labor contract partners. This key function is part of the Enterprise DevOps Enablement (ED&O) Vendor Services team.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ESSENTIAL DUTIES:- Overseeing our RPA design, development, testing, and implementation activities- Managing our automation backlog by delivering on a prioritized list of new functionality requests- Developing end to end process automation using UiPath- Having daily early morning calls with our offshore automation Developer (i.e. able to speak between 6:00 AM - 9:00 AM Eastern). Able to have flexible schedule during the day to account for time spent on these calls.- Collaborating with offshore developer on development efforts so scripting can continue during our working day- Scheduling triggers and running jobs through UiPath Orchestrator- Problem solving issues that arise with the automation and providing solutions in a timely manner- Creating and maintaining solution documentation for existing workflows- Gathering requirements for new workflows and creating solution documentation to assist with development efforts- Building and managing standards for RPA development- Reviewing RPA development efforts to ensure standards are being followed to ensure our scripts are efficient, well structured, and easy to maintain/understand- Managing our infrastructure (VM, database, etc.) to ensure high levels of uptime and system performance- Ensuring that our RPA technical architecture is scalable and extensible - Maturing our technical capabilities to take our automation to the next level- Evolving our automation to ensure that we are up to date on the latest tools, versions, services, and current industry trends- Conducting automation POCs to determine if new ideas are feasible- Maintaining existing Excel VBA macros and making updates as needed- Staying aligned with our internal team members who manage our 3PL (third-party labor) financial engagements to ensure that our automation is kept up to date with system changes- Assisting other internal team members by helping them manage our 3PL (third-party labor) engagements with their accruals, actuals, invoices, SOWs, or other financial matters as needed

Qualifications:

MINIMUM:

Where permitted by applicable law, must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 to be considered for this U.S. based job. (Reasonable accommodations for medical and religious objections will be considered.) - High degree of accuracy and reliability in data processing- 5+ years of software development experience- Experience with software development using C# and .NET- Experience with web development using jQuery, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3- Experience with databases using SQL Server. Should be able to write basic to intermediate queries and stored procedures.- Experience with creating and using Web Services- Experience with creating and running automation using Robotic Process Automation (RPA - UiPath Studio/Orchestrator preferable)- Experience with creating and running automation using Microsoft Excel macros (VBA)- Experience with leading the development, testing, and deployment of automated solutions- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel- Proven ability to take initiative- Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and laymans language- Ability to interact confidently with all levels of management- Ability to work as an individual contributor and within a team environment- Excellent written and oral communication skills

PREFERRED:- Bachelors degree in Finance, Business Administration, Management Information Systems (MIS), or other related field- Experience with managing Windows servers- Experience with source code repositories using Bitbucket and SVN- Certified as a UiPath RPA Developer (either Associate or Advanced)- Experience with using Active Directory to validate user data- Experience working with offshore team members- Experience leading team members- Experience assisting internal leaders and 3PL (third-party labor) contract partners with their accruals, actuals, invoices, SOWs, or other financial matters
