Third Wave Digital, located an hour south of Atlanta in Macon, Georgia, is looking for an experienced, highly communicative, and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our full-service creative Agency. This full-time position will oversee the management of diverse, multidisciplinary projects utilizing a variety of resources. The main responsibility will be coordinating the successful and timely execution of assigned projects within a fast-paced and dynamic team environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Proposal writing, presentation creation, and project reporting.
Forecast project timelines, assist with project scoping, allocate resources, and track project progress.
Oversee and manage the planning and creative process, collaborating with a skilled team of graphic designers, web
programmers and video editors.
Act as client liaison/contact person for high-level communication on assigned accounts.
Support the team in creating custom copy, proofing creative work and final deliverables.
Participate in and be prepared to update team on assigned tasks progress in weekly meetings.
Aid in the development of new workflows to enhance productivity and communication.
Work with leadership team to maintain client accounts, provide recommendations to current problems, and
anticipate client needs.
Perform other tasks assigned by supervisors.
REQUIREMENTS:
Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
Must hold a bachelor’s degree in business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
Must have experience working with large corporate clients, managing significant business-to-business relationships,
and overseeing complex projects related to web, technical, and creative services.
Must possess three years of verifiable project management experience.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENT FOR HYBRID WORK CANDIDATES
Must possess 5+ years of verifiable project management experience.
Must work onsite for initial four-week onboarding period
Must attend in-person interview at Macon, GA office prior to receiving an offer.
If hired, must work onsite at the Macon, GA office one day each calendar month.
Candidate is responsible for all transportation costs.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Advanced skills in Microsoft 365, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong time management skills in a fast-paced environment, with a high tolerance for ambiguity
Able to think critically and analytically for on-the-fly problem-solving.
Prior experience working in the media, marketing, or web design.
Tech savvy background with a demonstrable ability to readily learn new skills and software platforms.
Experience with project management software is a plus
