Customer Service/Shred Truck Operator Non-CDL (bonus if CDL) Woodstock
Local On-site Document Shredding company needing to hire a full-time shred truck operator/customer service person. Must meet the following: Very good driving record for the last 3 years. A good courteous driver with good knowledge of the Metro Atlanta area, No CDL required but these are large heavy box trucks. Must be mechanically inclined able to detect truck problems and perform weekly truck inspections and some maintenance.
Able to pass a National Background Check. Must have a current DOT medical card.
Pass pre-employment and random drug testing. Able to lift heavy boxes 25-70 lbs. and push heavy bins up to 275 lbs. Be a good people person able to communicate with our customers as well as cold call on potential customers. 40% driving and 60% on site labor. Be someone who is on time and reliable who will take pride in the job and treat the truck as you would your own. Due to our early start time, someone who is local to the South Cherokee County area. Must have own transportation.
This is an hourly position, Monday – Friday. 5 Paid holidays, 1 vacation day after 6 months, additional 1 vacation day after 9 months.
