Position Overview:

We are seeking a Service Technician with a passion for helping others to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for traveling within a designated territory to evaluate and install mobility and accessibility products for homes and businesses. This role requires a hands-on approach, combining technical expertise with a customer-first attitude, ensuring that each installation meets safety standards and exceeds customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate customer needs by conducting on-site assessments at homes and businesses to determine the best equipment and installation solutions.

Install and service mobility products such as ramps, grab bars, and other accessibility equipment, adhering to work orders and safety protocols.

Provide exceptional customer service, maintaining clear communication with customers, staff, and the branch office regarding daily activities, service issues, and product needs.

Operate company vehicle safely and maintain them in excellent condition, ensuring it is stocked with necessary tools and supplies.

Qualifications & Skills:

Strong mechanical and technical aptitude, with proficiency in using power tools and handling installation equipment.

Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot on-site issues and resolve them efficiently.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to maintain clear customer and team interactions.

Physically capable of lifting and moving up to 100 lbs., with the ability to work in varying environmental conditions.

Proven track record of professionalism and customer-focused sales abilities.

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; ability to pass background checks and drug screenings.

Compensation and Benefits:

Competitive Annual Salary: $40,000 (based on experience)
