Site Project Manager – Mechanical & Electrical Conveyor Installations

We are looking for an experienced Site Project Manager to lead the mechanical and electrical installation of conveyor systems across various project locations. This role plays a vital part in delivering projects on time, within scope, and on budget. A major focus of this position is managing client communications and overall coordination, allowing the on-site supervisor to concentrate on field execution.

What You’ll Do

Project Management: Create and maintain detailed project schedules, resource plans, and installation timelines.

Client Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for customers—managing expectations, providing updates, and attending meetings on behalf of the site supervisor.

Team Support: Ensure the installation crew and site supervisor have the tools, direction, and support they need to operate effectively.

Quality Oversight: Enforce installation standards and ensure all work meets project specifications and client requirements.

Safety Leadership: Promote and enforce safety procedures in line with industry regulations and best practices.

Procurement & Logistics: Manage the acquisition and delivery of conveyor equipment and components to support project timelines.

Reporting: Keep accurate documentation and regularly update stakeholders on project progress.

Issue Resolution: Anticipate challenges and develop proactive solutions to keep work moving forward.

What You Bring

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering—or equivalent hands-on experience. Advanced certifications are a bonus.

Experience: Minimum 5 years leading conveyor or similar industrial installation projects.

Skills: Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Technical Knowledge: In-depth understanding of conveyor systems, equipment installation, and related mechanical/electrical systems.

Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead teams and foster a collaborative work environment.

Safety-Minded: Strong commitment to safety and compliance.
