QuickFlip Construction, a rapidly growing renovation company, is seeking a highly skilled Renovation Expert with their own truck and a helper to join our team full-time. You’ll work on diverse residential and commercial renovation projects, handling all aspects of construction and trades with precision and efficiency. LOOKING TO HIRE IMMEDIATELY
Responsibilities:
Execute complete renovations, including carpentry, drywall, flooring, painting, plumbing, electrical, and more.
Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring high-quality work and adherence to timelines.
Coordinate with your helper to maximize productivity and maintain a safe work environment.
Provide your own tools and reliable truck for transporting materials and equipment.
Requirements:
Proven experience in all phases of renovation and construction trades.
Ownership of a reliable truck and full set of professional tools.
Ability to work full-time and bring a dedicated helper.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required.
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites.
Weekly pay, competitive rates based on experience.
