What You'll Do:
Dive into project plans to understand all the concrete details.
Crunch numbers to create precise cost estimates for materials, labor, and equipment.
Partner with our project managers, contractors, and clients to ensure everyone's on the same page.
Visit sites to get the lay of the land and take accurate measurements.
Stay updated on market prices and industry trends to keep our estimates spot on.
Prepare and submit bids and proposals—it's all about winning that project!
Track and report on project costs to make sure we stay within budget.
What We're Looking For:
You've got experience as a concrete estimator or in a similar role.
You understand construction inside and out.
Math and analysis? That's your jam.
You're a pro with estimation software and tools.
Detail-oriented and organized? Check and check.
You can read blueprints and technical documents like a pro.
Communication and negotiation? You've got it covered.
