I need an experienced exterior painter who comes with their own ladders(at least 30ft) to paint metal poles and wood trim, as well as stair stringers for an outdoor deck. I will supply the paint to be used. This is a time-sensitive job, but there is more work available for a quality Craftsman. As it is a smaller job, pay is negotiable, but moving forward I would like to negotiate a fixed rate for a painting subcontractor. I have 3 months of work booked in this area that I will need someone to service for me.
Payment for the job is upon completion. I don't care if you get it done in 2 hours or 10.
