Student housing complex is urgently looking to hire a part time maintenance worker on a part time bases ASAP. Must be willing to live ONSITE, and have the following skill sets
1. Punctual
2. 1+ years in building/apartment maintenance experience
3. Has HVAC certification
4. Basic plumbing skill
5. Able to follow directions
6. Excellent time management
7. Ability to complete task and work orders in timely fashion
8. Maintain good hygiene and proper work attire
