We are currently seeking skilled irrigation foremen and general laborers.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, troubleshoot, and repair irrigation systems including pipes, valves, controllers, and sprinkler heads.
Conduct site evaluations to assess water needs and develop customized irrigation plans.
Perform routine maintenance tasks such as adjusting water flow, replacing damaged components, and programming controllers.
Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and customer communications.
Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and team members.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in irrigation installation, maintenance, or related field preferred (2.5+ years for foremen & 1+ years for general laborers).
Knowledge of irrigation system components, hydraulics, and electrical systems.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (applies to foremen only).
Bilingual and proficient in Spanish, preferred but not required (applies to foremen only).
