Technicians will be responsible for maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing residential heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, as well as the installation of new units. You bring the talent and we will provide the on-the-job training.
Technicians in this role must have customer satisfaction, safety, and comfort as a top priority. Ideal candidates should be patient, have excellent organizational and troubleshooting skills and superior customer service. Rate of pay is based on experience and skill level.
Located in Buford, Stuart Pro Heating & Air has been servicing Georgia since 1997 and has been voted Best of Gwinnett for 7 years running!
Duties & Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance tasks, including inspecting, cleaning, and lubricating equipment
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues
Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and address them promptly
Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs
Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment
Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience as an HVAC Service Technician. Less experience required for a Preventative
Maintenance Tech
Valid driver s license and clean driving record
Ability to pass a background check and drug test
Clean and neat appearance
Excellent customer service
Mechanical knowledge and aptitude for problem-solving
Mechanically inclined
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
Maintain cleanliness of assigned company vehicle
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to lift up to 25lb without assistance and 50lb with assistance
Use both hands to handle, control, or feel objects, tools, or controls
Stand for long periods of time
Kneel stoop or crouch, or crawl
Keep or regain the body’s balance or stay upright when in an unstable position.
