Job Title: House Cleaner / Housekeeper
Location: Atlanta, GA (Northwest Atlanta)
Job Type: Part-Time (with opportunity to transition to Full-Time)
Compensation:
$18–$20 per hour (based on experience)
100% of customer tips
Bi-weekly performance bonuses
Schedule:
Monday through Friday
8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
No evenings or weekends
About the Role:
We’re glad you found us! We are looking for home cleaners to join our clean team as we make a difference in homes across Atlanta! You’ll work in teams to clean residential homes using natural, low-tox products that are safe for your health. This is a part-time role with the opportunity to grow into a full-time position. We provide paid training, supplies, a company vehicle, and ongoing support to help you succeed. We want to build a relationship with you and grow together, celebrating your successes along the way.

What You'll Do:
Clean residential homes including kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, and floors
Follow company cleaning checklists and procedures
Deliver high-quality, consistent service with a friendly and professional attitude
Communicate clearly with team members and office staff
Use a smartphone for clocking in/out and job instructions
Safely operate company vehicle and maintain cleaning equipment
Distribute marketing materials between home cleanings/down time
Requirements:
At least 1 year of residential cleaning or hotel housekeeping experience preferred
Must have a clean driving record and valid driver's license
Must be able to pass a background check
Must have a reliable smartphone
Strong attention to detail and time management skills
Ability to work well independently and in a team setting
Legally authorized to work in the United States
Dependable and punctual
