Structures Foreman/Supervisor for Heavy Civil Construction Company
Responsible for planning, production, and safety of heavy construction crew.
Reviews construction plans to determine the design and specs
Supervises crew and monitors progress of work
Assists project team in assuring that all work meets project specifications
Experience in setting forms for columns, caps, bridge decks, overhangs and set-up and operation of bridge deck
machines.
Able to clearly explain steps, provide clear directions and answer questions while organizing subordinates
Able to properly train subordinates on the tasks being performed
Able to read and check grades
Able to read blueprints and assist Project Manager with formulation of work plan
Minimum 5 years of experience with civil structures
Flexible with schedule
Prepared to work in all types of weather conditions including extreme heat and cold.
