As an Entry-Level Commercial HVAC/Refrigeration Maintenance Technician, you will receive comprehensive training to support your development into a skilled technician. You'll be responsible for assisting in the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC/Commercial Refrigeration Systems, working closely with experienced technicians to gain hands-on experience in the field.
- Assist in routine maintenance tasks on commercial refrigeration systems.
- Participate in regular inspections to identify potential problems and prevent breakdowns.
- Support the installation of new refrigeration systems under guidance.

Starting Rate: $14 per hour
- Raises at 30, 60, and 90 days based on performance.
