Are you a natural leader with a passion for beauty, organization, and exceptional customer service? Remedy Salon Suites is seeking a Salon Suite Manager to oversee operations across two locations (Atlanta & Morrow).
We are looking for full time and part time individuals to join our team. As a Salon Suite Manager, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of both salon suite locations, maintaining high standards of professionalism, and ensuring a positive experience for tenants and guests.
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants (stylists, barbers, estheticians, etc.)
Handle all leasing inquiries, tours, onboarding, and suite move-ins/outs
Maintain occupancy reports & collect weekly/monthly payments
Schedule repairs, maintenance, and coordinate with vendors
Ensure salon common areas are clean, stocked, and presentable at all times
Manage social media pages & marketing to attract new tenants
Process invoices, track lease renewals, and handle minor administrative tasks
Oversee day-to-day operations across both locations (travel required between locations)
Ideal Candidate
Previous management or salon/spa experience preferred
Excellent communication + customer service skills
Organized, proactive, and comfortable multitasking
Reliable transportation to commute between both locations
Comfortable using Excel, Paypal, Salon Suite Solutions, DoorLoop, or similar admin tools
Social media savvy (Instagram & Facebook)
