POSITION AVAILABLE: NAIL TECH/ OPERATOR/ MANAGER Classic INTOWN Barbershop & MEN Spa, located at 75 Marietta St NW, Suites 103-104, Atlanta, GA 30303, since 1992, a FIVESTAR GOOGLE Business is seeking an energetic, professional, detail-oriented, time-conscious and personable individual for the managerial position at Classic INTOWN Barbershop & MEN Spa. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Nail Tech/Operator/Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Barbershop & MEN Spa. This includes, but is not limited to:
Managing Spa and Barbershop staff and daily shop operations.
Assist in developing and implementing shop policies, procedures and service menus.
Assist in creating and managing budgets.
Assist in ensuring business revenue targets are met.
Assist in overseeing the development of new treatments, products and services.
Assist in marketing (social media) and customer relations management.
Managing human resources in partnership with BAMBEE, our online HR partner.
Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
4. COMPENSATION
A. The Operator/Manager shall receive a fixed 75% commission (general operators are on a sliding scale commission) of their daily earnings from their operational activities (Manicures/ Pedicures/ Facials/ CMT treatments). All operators will be paid daily via SQUARE Systems.
B. The Operator/Manager shall receive 5% of the business's net profits on a quarterly basis, including net earnings from all services, products, and merchandise, for the duration of the annual Agreement(s). C. The Operator/ Manager shall receive a signing bonus payment of Five Hundred U.S. Dollars ($500.00 USD), to be remitted at the execution of the Agreement. D. The Employer (Classic INTOWN LLC) agrees to cover the monthly/ annual cost of a close-by downtown parking space for the Operator/Manager, with 24/7 access. E. The Employer agrees to extend the use of a new take home IPad (for business purposes only). F. The Employer will provide an in-spa Manager’s office space, with a new desktop computer. G.The Employer will provide access to the building's private gym and its facilities at 84 Walton St NW (adjacent to 75 Marietta St NW).
