Robotic Process Automation Delivery Manager (Southwire Company LLC – Carrollton, GA); Multiple positions available. Work with business units in identifying opportunities for automation, implementation of automation projects, and analytics of those process improvements. Lead both internal developers as well as external partner developers in creating and optimizing secure high quality workflow processes, testing solutions, and rolling changes into production. Utilize technologies including UiPath and its interaction with SAP and office productivity applications like Outlook and Excel. Design high value automation processes, activities, and tasks through RPA and enhanced workflow automation platforms. Lead developers in their efforts to automate and test processes ensuring proper implementation and integration. Plan and lead deployment of RPA platform components, including bots, orchestrators, development tools, and systems integrations, to meet enterprise requirements for security, scalability, and performance. Design and develop strategies and recommendations for UiPath-enabled solutions including key aspects of architecture, migration, and security. Set requirements for process and end-user documentation. Assure the quality of the automation (QA processes). Build relationships with business operations, business analysts, and other cross-functional resources to define and deliver business impacting projects. Build relationships with stakeholders to capture business requirements and lead efforts to translate them into process definition documents and solution design documents that can be implemented. Lead efforts on deployments and troubleshooting production issues. Position based in Carrollton, GA. Telecommuting from anywhere in the U.S. permitted.
Requires a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field and 2 years of experience in the job offered or in process automation.
Must have 2 years of experience in each of the following:
UiPath and its interaction with SAP and office productivity applications such as Outlook or Excel;
Programming languages such as C/C, Python, VB Script, Ruby, Java, JS, or .Net;
Leading or mentoring team members and working with external partners and business units;
Design process definition and solution design documents for RPA projects; and
Working with artificial intelligence and machine learning.
