Omnichannel Data Management Lead positions offered by UCB, Inc. (Smyrna, Georgia). Work with the agencies, marketing, commercial data operations and IT to help gather requirements, support the design of data integrations, and help us uncover new opportunities to leverage how we use technology and automation to elevate our customer experience. Support Marketing's instance of Salesforce Marketing Cloud through the building of data extensions, complex customer journeys, and other automations in support of UCB’s marketing campaigns. Act as the front-facing liaison for the Omnichannel Team and CDO to identify new approaches and data sources to power omnichannel analytics and activation opportunities. Consult on the appropriate methodologies to test and measure effectiveness of marketing tactics and ensures standardization and alignment where possible. Deliver omnichannel optimization recommendations using insights and analytics, in partnership with Omnichannel team, CDO, Business Unit Stakeholders and IT. Position based in Smyrna, GA; telecommuting permitted 60% of working time.

Minimum Requirements: Requires a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Marketing, Finance, Business, Statistics, Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field and 3 years of experience in data analytics for healthcare or pharmaceutical marketing or a closely related field. Must have 3 years of experience in each of the following: Creating data visualization tools with reporting automation initiatives; Working in the cross-digital channel and analytics space in at least one of the following areas: digital media, search, social media, social. listening, online video, websites, mobile applications, data management platforms, programmatic, endemic, or paid search vs SEO; Segmentation and audience development for use in testing and personalization; Connecting digital data and online experiences to offline behaviors and other 3rd party data sources for in-depth analysis; and Working with digital/media analytics platforms or platform data including Email Marketing Platforms, Facebook, Google, Adobe, or similar. Experience may be gained concurrently. Position based in Smyrna, GA; telecommuting permitted 60% of working time.
