Who We’re Looking For
A motivated and relationship-driven Inside Sales Representative who thrives on building connections, solving problems, and creating win-win solutions for our customers. You are not only excited about sales today but also eager to grow with our company and take on larger roles over time. What You’ll Be Doing
Making outbound calls and emails (both cold and warm leads) to introduce products, nurture relationships, and close deals.
Following up on leads from marketing campaigns and past interactions to create new sales opportunities.
Presenting our products via phone, email, and (occasionally) in-person meetings, tailoring solutions to customer needs.
Working with marketing, operations, and customer service to ensure a seamless buying experience.
Maintain accurate records in our CRM to track sales activities and customer interactions.
Identify process improvements to eliminate friction for customers and the team.

Job requirements
2+ years experience in a sales role
Bachelor’s degree in related field
