New AI company is looking for Sales Reps
Job Summary:
The Sales Reps will be responsible for executing sales to achieve company objectives. This role involves doing sales and marketing campaigns, identifying new clients and strengthening the company’s brand presence. The ideal candidate is someone that is both a motivated go-getter and knowledgeable of AI who can drive growth and revenue doing B2B sales. Flexible schedule, but you need to work at least 20 hours per week. We have a big event coming up in 2 weeks where you can potentially get 100 or more customers that weekend if you're able to work it.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
Identify new markets, customer segments, and partnership opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
Marketing:
Plan and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns across digital, print, and event channels.
Oversee the creation of marketing materials, content, and promotional assets.
Manage brand identity and ensure consistency across all marketing platforms.
Analyze sales data, market trends, customer insights and competitors to refine strategies.
Manage digital marketing efforts including SEO and email.
Qualifications:
Proven experience (3+ years) in sales and marketing
Strong understanding of sales techniques, customer relationship management, and digital marketing tools.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Proficiency with CRM software
Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
B2B sales experience
Compensation:
Commission only position
Leads will be provided and you have to generate your own leads
25% monthly commission on personal sales (our clients pay monthly subscriptions for our services and you will get paid each month for each client you bring in)
You can potentially be making $25,000 per month in commission within 6 months.
