We have been shrink wrapping roofs for 6 years. We have shrink wrapped roofs for every hurricane in Texas, Louisiana, Alabama, Mississippi, Georgia and Florida.
Every roof that you see that has storm damage or that has a tarp that is failing is a potential customer. There are tens of thousands of customers that desperately need our service. We have the best lead system for our sales reps. We invoice the insurance companies directly so there is no out of pocket expense for our services. These insurance claims can last a long time before the property owners are able to get their roof replaced so they need a longer lasting solution than the blue tarps that will be falling apart everywhere.
This has to be one of the easiest sales manager positions you could ever ask for and the earning potential is big. Our pay cycle is Thursday to Wednesday and we pay direct deposit every Friday for every job sold and installed by Wednesday each week. Your basic responsibilities will be hiring sales reps and building a team of at least 5 reps for your area, training, verifying contracts are completed properly and submitting contracts to corporate office for approval.
