As we continue to expand our reach and services, we are looking for a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) with a flair for cold outreach to join our growing team.

Position Summary:

As a key early player in our sales team, the Sales Development Representative will focus on generating new business opportunities by implementing effective outbound sales strategies. This role involves cold calling, cold emailing, and utilizing social media platforms to identify and engage potential leads / clients. You'll be tasked with qualifying leads and setting appointments for our sales team, acting as the initial touchpoint in our sales process. This position offers a competitive commission-based compensation structure, rewarding high performance and successful lead conversion.

Key Responsibilities:

- Execute high-volume prospecting to qualify leads through cold calling, emailing, and social media engagements such as Facebook messages / posts.

- Develop and refine cold outreach strategies (including strategies with AI) to effectively generate new leads and opportunities for the business.

- Engage with prospects to introduce Pixels & Code's services, understanding their needs and how our solutions can meet those needs.

- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment of goals and maximize the impact of outreach efforts.

- Utilize CRM tools to accurately track interactions and progress with potential clients.

- Stay informed about industry trends, market activities, and competitors to strategically position Pixels & Code in all communications.

- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and appointments set, with a focus on quality and potential for conversion.

Qualifications:

- Demonstrated experience in sales, specifically with cold calling and emailing, in a technology or digital marketing context.

- Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey Pixels & Code's value proposition.

- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach, able to work independently and as part of a team.

- Proficient in CRM software and familiar with Google Docs, Monday.com, etc.

- Effective time management and organizational skills, with a knack for prioritizing tasks.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred, but not required. Skill level reigns supreme.
