BluRoof is looking to add a Regional MultiFamily Sales Representative to our team! Ideally this candidate would have extensive sales experience and be well connected within the Multi-Family community.
Compensation:
- $70k - $90k Base Salary
- Plus 2% Contract Sales Commission ($100k - $140k commission expected).

BluRoof is a sister company of Barrett General Contractors which has been well established in the Multi-Family Community for over 20 years. With this opportunity comes additional opportunities to grow and earn additional sales commission with Barrett General Contractors for projects other than roofing, making the sales opportunities endless.
Job Responsibilities
Expectations:
- Build and Maintain Customer Relationships within the MultiFamily Industry.
- Meet or exceed sales expectations of $5M annually. (Average single contract $500k - $1.5M)
- Project site visits to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Attend a variety of tradeshow events. (Includes but not limited to annual builder show in Vegas).
- Attend trade association meetings, dinners, and events.
- Attend various customer appreciation events.
- Travel to various properties and events within the Eastern US.
- No project management, estimating, or roofing experience required.
Experience:
No sales or roofing experience required.
Experience working with multi-family residential properties, such as apartment complexes or HOAs is recommended.
Sales and Negotiation:
Strong ability to close deals and meet sales targets.
Skilled in consultative selling, with a focus on understanding client needs.
Proficient in upselling and cross-selling services.
Communication:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with property managers, construction managers, and building owners.
Presentation skills for pitching proposals and delivering product information.
Relationship Building:
Exceptional interpersonal skills to maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Networking abilities to generate leads and referrals.
Time Management:
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and clients in a region.
Capability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Self-Motivation:
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
