We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Recruiting Team Lead to join our growing team. As the Recruiting Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of recruiters and overseeing the full recruitment cycle. This is a full-time hybrid remote position.

Responsibilities:

- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters, providing guidance and support throughout the recruitment process.

- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to source talent and meet hiring goals.

- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates.

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

- Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and other talent acquisition resources.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.

- Implement and utilize recruitment metrics and analytics to measure and improve recruitment effectiveness.

- Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.

- Contribute to the development and improvement of recruitment processes and policies

Requirements:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 1 year in a leadership or team lead role.

- Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, techniques, and best practices.

- Experience managing a team of recruiters and driving team performance.

- Proven track record of successfully filling positions across various departments and levels.

- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong organizational and time management abilities.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.

- Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

- Experience in passive recruiting
