We are seeking full-time and part-time motivated and organized Insurance Agents to join our company to work from home or in the field where they can build their book of business. We are one of the nations largest companies that does Medicare and Life insurance together. We have one of the nations largest book of business for PROPERTY & CASUALTY. You will utilize current leads and develop new leads to establish clients and provide the insurance products they need. We do not solicit clients. We only speak to people that have requested information. We offer a wide variety of insurance services, including : Life Insurance, Final Expense Insurance, Mortgage Protection, IUL'S, Annuities, Medicare, and Supplemental Products, Home & Auto, Commercial Automobile, Property and Workers Comp. Our goal is to find the best policies for each client. You will be responsible for keeping up with insurance trends and changes to the coverage offered by different insurance companies. We prefer candidates who have at least one year of experience in insurance or sales, but no experience is necessary.
Insurance Agent Duties, Responsibilities, Marketing, and Compensation
We teach you how to generate your own leads, generate ads at your cost, have over 20 ads to pick from
Develop leads and schedule appointments with clients
Determine the specific needs of particular clients by researching current coverage and available options
Answer questions related to coverage and annual charges
Help customers complete all paperwork properly
Product and Sales training platform
Obtain underwriting approval by completing the application for coverage
CRM available for agents
100% - 150% compensation, renewals, and DAILY PAY
$50k - $300K a year in RESIDUAL INCOME
$50K - $250 a year in Home, Auto or Commercial Insurance

Insurance Agent Requirements and Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Prior sales experience is a plus but not necessary
Proficient with Microsoft Office
Strong communication skills
Organized, self-motivated, and proactive in problem-solving
