We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. Duties
Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of leads through effective lead generation strategies
Perform product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits tailored to client needs.
Build and nurture relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Participate in networking events and trade shows to promote our brand and generate new leads.
Provide feedback on market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform product development.
Qualifications
Proven experience in outside sales or retail sales; direct sales experience is a plus.
Strong business development skills with a focus on lead generation and closing deals.
Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems is highly desirable.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
Experience in conducting product demos that effectively highlight value propositions.
Ability to work independently while managing time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Previous experience in inside sales or sales management is advantageous but not required.
