We are currently seeking enthusiastic and self-motivated canvassers to help us grow our customer base and raise awareness of our services.

Position Summary:

As a canvasser for Green View Windows, you will be responsible for engaging with homeowners in targeted neighborhoods to generate interest in our replacement window products. Your goal will be to schedule in-home consultations with potential customers for our sales team. You will serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients, educate them about our products, and help drive sales opportunities.

Door-to-door canvassing: Visit residential neighborhoods to introduce our company and services to homeowners.

Engage with homeowners: Present information about the benefits of replacement windows, focusing on energy efficiency, aesthetics, and long-term cost savings.

Qualify leads: Assess the homeowner's interest and needs, collect key information, and determine if they are a potential customer.

Schedule appointments: Set up in-home consultations for our sales team to further discuss the client’s window replacement options.

Meet or exceed targets: Strive to meet or surpass daily and weekly lead generation goals.

Experience: Previous canvassing, sales, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.

Communication Skills: Must be able to communicate clearly and confidently with homeowners.

Self-motivation: Ability to work independently and stay focused on goals.

Outgoing Personality: Friendly, approachable, and able to engage in conversations with people from various backgrounds.

Reliable and Punctual: Must have reliable transportation and adhere to work schedules.

Goal-Oriented: Driven to meet and exceed lead generation targets.

Positive Attitude: Must be resilient and handle rejection with professionalism.

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
